SUNDAY COOKERY CLASSES

Agni conducts cookery classes one sunday a month for those who love to cook Indian food. The classes start at 1.00 pm and finish approximately 4.00 pm when lunch is served. Participants do not need to bring anything as everything is supplied. The price includes lunch but no drinks.

Tadka Dal - The quintessential lentil curry tempered with onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic and home-ground spices.

Phulka Roti - A light and fluffy home-style bread griddled in a pan. Easy to make and enjoy.

Spicy Zafraani Chicken Tikka - A saffron marinated addictive chicken tikka recipe

Galouti Kebab - Another lucknow delight- "melt in the mouth" kebab of lamb with mace, nutmeg and vetivier

Tandoori Vegetables - Seasonal vegetables marinated in yoghurt, ginger, garlic, chilli and grilled. Great for the barbie.
