Hyderabad Biryani Pots

Biryani is a traditional Hyderabad delicacy which derives its name from the persian word "Birian" which means fried before cooking.

From the Royal kitchens of "Nizams & Nawabs" of Hyderabad, it is made from fragrant Basmati rice, perfumed with rose petals, saffron, vetivier, cardamon and sweet spices, layered with Chicken, Lamb, Vegetables, Seafood or any other meat in a sealed pot.
